LRP is an artist of all things surreal and mystical. They have studied and been fascinated by the intersection of art and psychology and often create with this intersection in mind. They use the symbolism of often surreal and nonsensical scenes to illustrate emotions that are hard to put words to. Their work is about bringing to light things we as a society often push aside and delegitimize. This includes heavy emotions such as feelings of depression and anxiety, yes, but also whimsical feelings of childlike wonder and adventure. Their goal as an artist is to create that which often goes unsaid and bring into the light emotions that are often kept in shadows.
